We would like to welcome Dr. S. Kwame Fiakpornoo, M.D. to the Tower Road Team. Dr. Fiakpornoo is the medical director at Cobb West Internal Medicine Associates, and is now part of our Excelerated Care Team at Tower Road.
His career highlights include:
- A maintained board certification since 2007
- Currently licensed to practice internal medicine as a primary care physician in Georgia, Wisconsin, Alabama and South Carolina
- Graduated from the Internal Medicine / Primary Care program at Interfaith Medical Center (Formerly Brooklyn Jewish / St. Johns Episcopal) in 2007
Dr. Fiakpornoo is a tremendous addition to our Excelerated Care Facility. It’s our goal at Tower Road to provide a stopping point between the hospital and the home for our transitional care rehab patients, as well as the best traditional skilled nursing care.
